Paradox offers a 30-day return window for eligible products, under the following conditions:

1. Conditions for Accepting Returns

A return is accepted only if:

  • The product is in unused condition, without signs of installation or wear.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, parts, screws, tools, documentation, and protective materials.
  • The packaging must be intact and fully protective, ensuring the product cannot suffer damage during transport.
  • The serial number (if applicable) must be untampered and fully legible.

Products that show marks, scratches, installation traces, or any modification cannot be accepted for return.

2. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

The customer is fully responsible for:

  • The cost of return shipping
  • Shipping the item via registered / tracked mail
  • Ensuring adequate packaging for safe transport

Paradox bears no responsibility for lost, damaged, or untracked return shipments.
Returns that arrive damaged due to poor packaging will not be eligible for refund.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been:

  • Delivered to the headquarters of Paradox
  • Inspected and verified to meet the return conditions

If the item is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the same payment method used for the original order.

If the item does not meet the conditions, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or custom-finished products
  • Items that show signs of use or installation
  • Items damaged by incorrect handling, poor packaging, or improper shipping

Products purchased during clearance or special “final sale” promotions

5. Legal Jurisdiction

For any dispute, clarification, or legal claim arising from the purchase or use of Paradox products or from this Returns Policy:

Solely competent jurisdiction is the Courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.

No other court or jurisdiction shall apply.

6. Additional Notes
  • Paradox reserves the right to request photos of the product prior to approving return shipment.
  • Refunds do not include original shipping costs paid by the customer.
  • Paradox reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.
